Nigel Hardy

Nigel Hardy is CEO and and co-founded Plxsur in 2022 with David Newns and Charlie Yates. He is a seasoned FMCG executive having held senior leadership roles in retail and consumer goods businesses across Europe, including Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Associated British Foods, Japan Tobacco International and British American Tobacco. 

He has over 15 years tobacco and nicotine experience and was a founding director of British American Tobacco’s vaping division, responsible for launching the market leading Vuse brand and driving the company’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisition and integration.
